STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order ships a tracking number will be sent to your email provided at the time of purchase. Please note we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once the order has been processed.

Robert Rodriguez Studio currently only accepts orders shipping to the continental United States; this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. International orders are not accepted at this time. 

UPS Ground: Complimentary (3-7 business days)
UPS Express 2-Day: $18 (2 business days)
UPS Overnight: $35 (1 business day)

Please note our delivery times:

Orders will ship out same day if placed before 2pm EDT Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EDT will ship out the following business day.

All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday. We ship orders Monday- Friday.

REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return please fill out the below form and submit. A Robert Rodriguez customer service representative will be in contact with you via your provided email within 1-2 business days. The representative will provide you with a Robert Rodriguez RA Number. This RA Number must be included on your invoice and included in the package with your Return.

Please note items purchased at 50% Sale and/or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Sample Sale merchandise is final sale. No exceptions
