Requests made after this window cannot be processed. To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and must include all original tags and poly bag. Items purchased at 50% Sale and/or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Sample Sale merchandise is final sale. No exceptions. www.robertrodriguezstudio.com reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet our return requirements. If your return is rejected, you will receive an email stating the reason.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and will be for the full amount of your purchase less shipping costs and gift-wrapping costs, if applicable. Please allow seven (7) business days for your return to be processed.
To make a return please visit our website www.robertrodriguezstudio.com and request a return under our shipping & returns tab along the bottom of your screen. You will receive a Return Authorization #. Please print out the Return Authorization, fill it out in its entirety, and include with your shipment. Your Return Authorization # will expire 30 calendar days after issued.
We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
We do not offer exchanges or price matching. If you want to exchange an item please return your original item and place a new order for your desired item, pending availability.
